Company incorporated by Mr. Thavara Madhavan, an industry professional with over two decades of chemical sector experience.

Commenced production of Jeetack 521 – Tackiness Additive in a rented premises in Noida (NCR).
Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.
(IOC) became the company’s first customer and played a key role in product validation.

HPCL and BPCL also approved Jeetack 521, followed by most major oil companies in India.

The company successfully replaced imported tackiness additives with reliable local alternatives.

Due to growing demand, the company moved operations to a larger facility — a 1000 m² unit in Greater Noida acquired from UPSIDC (Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation).

A PSU bank provided financial support that continues.

Strategic expansion led to relocation to Goa to be closer to export channels and larger markets.

Goa Industrial Development Corporation allotted a 7000 sqm site in Madkaim Industrial Estate.

Production commenced in the new Goa facility in 2007.

Post-relocation, the company expanded its product range beyond Jeetack 521 to include multiple additives for lubricants and greases.

The manufacturing unit in Goa operates across 7000 sqm with an in-house QC lab and tailor-made production capabilities.
